Kempton
Chelsea is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor. She has a passion for for fitness, for strength training and for overall wellness. She believes the keys to building muscle is through strength training, alternating short periods of macro nutrient deficit with macro nutrient surplus and progressive overload. She teaches that correct form and consistency brings results! She has a ton fun working out with others getting fit! She will help you reach your goals!
Matt Kempton
Matt received his BS in Exercise Physiology from BYU in 2009 and his MHA from Texas A&M Health Science Center in 2012. He has been an ACE-certified group fitness instructor since 2009. He has taught and managed group fitness programs for 30-plus instructors at two different YMCA facilities in downtown St. Louis, MO. He is an L1 CrossFit trainer. Matt loves to work with people of all fitness levels to help them achieve their goals!
